This 3.0 beta preview version has been almost completely re-written with newer WordPress APIs so previous hacks and work arounds are kaput. It should also now work with BuddyPress and WordPress MU. We’ve also added a to-do list for each post. More documentation coming soon. Please let us know what you think. If you’re not a developer or hardcore WordPress user, we recommend sticking with the 2.8 release for now.
The newest version 3.0e beta fixes an issue with the “Share and Follow” plugin not appearing correctly and hyperlinks not appearing correctly in posts.

Sorry guys there seems to be a compatibility problem between “Follow and Share” plugin and the v3.0 beta release. so I’ve switched the theme back to 2.8g.

I can see that there is a most latest update(2011-07-21) for Automattic’s P2 Original theme.
I like your patience in answering the support requests and eventual upgrades. People used your theme when there is no update for P2 theme for several months. Now it is upgraded and compatible to newer versions. So I think P2Reloaded theme would come with more features to attract the users

hey Hai, go to “Appearance” -> Menus and use the “pages” or “links” to add menu items. Drag and drop them in the order that you want.

When using MU and a blog is marked private it’s visible to any logged in user, even if they are not a member of that multi-site, I am going to patch this, shoot me an email if you want the code.

I have installed the theme (Ver P2 Reloaded 3.0f Beta) in BuddyPress. But the Pages like Activity ,Discussion (All the BuddyPress components) are showing blank pages

I tried the beta and I can’t use it because the text fields in the watcha up to section are too big.
Also I would like a way to disable and enable attachments being shown in posts.

What is if(get_option(‘post_tags’)) and where does that value come from? I looked for it on the WordPress Codex and Google and nothing comes up.

It’s funny how I spend 5 hours google searching how to get a simple image upload feature to work with P2 and here it is in your theme. The origional P2 theme uses WordPress’s built in media uploader, but I just need a simple input field. This theme takes care of that issue, but how can I have the images display inline instead of an attachment link? And, how can I restrict the file uploader to accept only images? Thanks in advance for an amazing take on P2.
